week8-- exercise

by using a random object (cat)we were asked to create an object that is scary and look harmful to human that can last for 100 years.

the characteristic that i choose from the cat are below:

tail (long)

to create a trap that will tangle or hang a person who pass into it


fang (sharp)

to create an object that is sharp on the surface so that no one can touch it

eyes (glow)

to create an object that is so bright that a person can not open their eyes when they are near the object

fur （surface)

to create a surface with dark gray color which look slimy and sticky


claw (sharp)

to create a protection to the object that will cut a person hand if they try to take the object

color ( yellow)
make an object with yellow color to show a sign of warning by our sub-conscious mind

week8 -- random words

this week our teacher say that most people always look for easy way out. whenever we faced a problem we tend to react by avoiding the problem, that is why we are outsmarted by other people. this indirectly means that in desperate moment, we will show an opening for smart people to attack out weak spot.

however, with correct method we can gain what we wan. for example, people use stereotypical answer to avoid the real reason behind a change or obstacle.

one of a creative way to solve a problem is to pick a random word out from a random source, take its characteristic but not the word itself and make it into a effective solution.

week6 experiance

there are 2 exercise given to us, the 1st 1 is to create a sentence with the combination given, while the 2nd 1 is to create a drawing based on the combination.

16) flower + spider
in the petal of a flower, i can see a spider crawling out from it.

03) fly + wind
i stand on a flying machine and feel the wind hitting on me.

05) fly + wood
no matter how good a bird can fly, in the end it will drop back to the root of a tree.

concept of love ( chili )

Loving you is like loving a chili.
you are hot by looking,
you are spicy when taste.
however,
you kept a distance from everyone,

throughout our life we made new friends just like making cards,
everyone of them represent a status,
good or bad, useful or useless,
it helps us a lot during emergency,
the friendship are easy to create and easy to destroy,
over use it create trouble,
appreciate it makes our life road brighter.

every human being is like a sheep.
everyone of us are as different and interesting as a sheep,

we could be useful to the community,

Just like time represent gold,
it brings happiness to us,
and memory to be remember.
once passed it cannot be reversed,
appreciate it while the time still clicking.


concept of pain ( ice-cream)pain is sometimes like an ice-cream,
we know it is harmful but we still craving for it,
sometimes it hurts us,
and caused side effect,

week6 -- juxtaposition2

this week the teacher continue with the meaning of juxtaposition. Juxtaposition is being outstanding y using the idea of others and create something more out of the box.The Wright Brothers

Juxtaposition can be classified to metaphor, simile ans analogy. Logical mind map is to apply concept to a project. while affective analogy is to describe something using animal or image. Juxtaposition is stimulation of creativity in problem solving design by confronting 2 unrelated concept or object to be solved

i learn that in reality, when a task of connecting unrelated object to product a design by our boss, it is must easier and clearer to write down the subject required and make it into a sentence before creating your design.

week5 experience

through a lot of influence of tv shows and magazine today, people tend to have a mindset that beautiful women MUST be thin. me myself were also i of them. that view changed when i saw the 1st plus size model from a tv series American Next Top Model.
